How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Success Team via email at contact@natuburns.com. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions on where to send your return.

Please note:

1. Do not return items without an RMA number or without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.
2. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Returns must be received by our warehouse within 60 days of your purchase date.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping the product to you will not be deducted from your refund; however, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
